Effective September 19, 2026. These terms govern your use of www.avermonts.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by AURELIA SKINCARE LIMITED, registered at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AURELIA SKINCARE LIMITED trading as avermonts.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is lawfully yours.
We sell and ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or to any address outside the United States.
2. Products
We sell women's dresses. Product images are supplied by the manufacturer. Colors may appear differently on different screens, and hand measurement of garments carries a small tolerance. See the Disclaimer.
We may change, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. Availability shown on the site is not a guarantee that an item is in stock at the moment you order.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself form a contract. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you the shipping confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including where an item is unavailable, where we identify a pricing error, where we cannot verify your billing or shipping details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Pricing and Pricing Errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Import duties are included in the price; see the Shipping Policy.
Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. Where the error is obvious and a reasonable person would recognize it as a mistake, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, and you may either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. All charges are one-time; we do not operate subscriptions or recurring billing. See the Payment Policy for accepted methods, authorization holds, and security.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are 11–17 business days in total (3–5 business days handling plus 8–12 business days transit), counted in business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. 7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date and cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We pay return shipping and charge no restocking fee. The full terms are in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Customer Reviews
Where we publish customer reviews, we do so in line with the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).
- We do not write, commission, or publish fake reviews, and we do not publish reviews by anyone who does not exist or who has not used the product.
- We do not offer payment, free products, discounts, or any other compensation in exchange for a review, whether positive or negative.
- We do not suppress negative reviews, and we do not reorder or filter reviews to hide unfavorable ones.
- We do not use insider reviews without disclosing the connection.
By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish it on the site. You confirm the review is your own honest opinion based on your own experience.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to resell our products as your own without authorization, or to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
10. Intellectual Property
The avermonts name, the site design, and the text we have written are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Product photography and product names may belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to describe the goods we sell.
DMCA Notices
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@avermonts.com including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you say is infringing and where it is on the site; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will investigate and remove material where a valid notice is received.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from products bought through it. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where AURELIA SKINCARE LIMITED is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
That choice of law does not take away your rights as a United States consumer. You may bring a claim against us in the courts of the state where you live, and you may use your state's small claims court. We will not argue that a U.S. court is the wrong forum for a consumer claim brought by a customer who bought from this site.
Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this section. Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General to act on your behalf.

13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
